God is a God of justice. Throughout the Word of God we see this. The Prophets, the Apostles and our Lord Jesus Christ all proclaimed this.
The Lord knows the hearts of men, in ancient times. And now we see it playing out today. Gen. 6:5 NKJV “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
Since the fall of man in the garden, the basic nature of mankind was that of rebellion, deceit, division, chaos, wickedness, and injustice. The Lord is a God of justice. His laws, His ways, are just to all who believe Him, who believe His Word, His commandments. It was His justice that sent Jesus Christ to the Cross to pay the penalty for our sins, our rebellion against Him and His offer of righteousness, reconciliation, and freedom from the bondage of wickedness.
Deut. 32:4 “. . .For all His ways are justice. A God of truth and without injustice. . .”

Let’s look at today. I want to focus on our Justice System and Family Court in particular – our justice system has been infiltrated by the enemy of God’s justice. Again we were warned of this centuries ago.
Hab. 1:4 NLT “The law has become paralyzed, and there is no justice in the courts. The wicked far outnumber the righteous, so that justice has become perverted.”
Isa 59:14-15 NLT “Our courts oppose the righteous. Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty has been outlawed. Yes, truth is gone, and anyone who renounces evil is attacked.”
Eccl. 3:16 NLT “I also noticed that under the sun there is evil in the courtroom. Yes, even the courts of law are corrupt.”
Corruption – Corrupt
Webster’s 1828 -- (1) The act of corrupting, or state of being corrupt or putrid; the destruction of the natural form of bodies, by the separation of the component parts, or by disorganization, in the process of putrefaction. (2) Depravity; wickedness; perversion or deterioration of moral principles; loss of purity or integrity.
Our court system today seems to have forgotten its original intent. Justice! To me that means that we have the right to present our case to an impartial court, present evidence to support our case and based upon the evidence presented by both parties, a sound and just decision is made in accordance with the laws of the state. This is not happening in our current system.
I want to focus on the Family Court for this discussion. After listening to and reading many testimonies of those seeking justice for their cause in our court system have not found justice. Many have been denied what is known as “Due Process.” [see notes: “Understanding Denied Due Process in Family Court”]
Due process of law is application by the state of all legal rules and principles pertaining to a case so all legal rights that are owed to a person are respected. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law.
US Constitution 14th Amendment – Article One
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
There have been instances of those who have been denied the right to present evidence to support their case and in some cases evidence that was permitted is ignored when making a decision by the court all at the discretion of the Judge. I am not going to go into details concerning what is happening in our court system as we could be here for hours. I merely what to make known that our court system is not what it should or could be in today’s society. So I go back to the Word of God and what He has said about it through His Prophets.

NH Family Justice wants to focus on the Family Court, DCYF and Child Protective Services in the state of New Hampshire. There is much evidence that this system has become corrupt/perverted. The system is broken. But we have a Just Cause as verified by the Word of God. And God is with us.
For the Lord is a God of justice!
“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.” – Psalm 82:3
“For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.” – Psalm 37:28
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
What God thinks about injustice
Job 5:8-16 ESV
8 “As for me, I would seek God, and to God would I commit my cause,
9 who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number:
10 he gives rain on the earth and sends waters on the fields;
11 he sets on high those who are lowly, and those who mourn are lifted to safety.
12 He frustrates the devices of the crafty, so that their hands achieve no success.
13 He catches the wise in their own craftiness and the schemes of the wily are brought to a quick end.
14 They meet with darkness in the daytime and grope at noonday as in the night.
15 But he saves the needy from the sword of their mouth and from the hand of the mighty.
16 So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts her mouth.
New Hampshire Constitution
[Art.] 2. [Natural Rights.] All men have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state on account of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
[Art.] 14. [Legal Remedies to be Free, Complete, and Prompt.] Every subject of this State is entitled to a certain remedy, by having recourse to the laws, for all injuries he may receive in his person, property, or character; to obtain right and justice freely, without being obliged to purchase it; completely, and without any denial; promptly, and without delay; conformably to the laws.
[Art.] 15. [Right of Accused.] No subject shall be held to answer for any crime, or offense, until the same is fully and plainly, substantially and formally, described to him; or be compelled to accuse or furnish evidence against himself. Every subject shall have a right to produce all proofs that may be favorable to himself; to meet the witnesses against him face to face, and to be fully heard in his defense, by himself, and counsel. . .
The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution
Prohibits the states from depriving “any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
NH Family Justice needs help to accomplish our God-given mission of bringing Truth and Justice to the New Hampshire Legislative and Judicial systems that have lost their original intent.
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” – Proverbs 31:8-9
