a protracted case fulfillment track
-
an artificially manufactured high conflict environment

child(ren) separation from at least one parent, their larger family unit one or more siblings, and their community

temporary/ex parte orders artificially create an 'absent' parent profile
-
the more nurturing and proactive parent becomes the absent parent, [an absent parent is required for Title IV-D funding for BCSS]
-
case manipulation that attaches unnecessary services from BCSS, DCYF, YDC, Therapy, GAL, Investigators and HHS
-
a child support contract ordered, though not warranted or wanted, this activates enforcement actions through cooperative agreements

an incomprehensible court case that results in life-altering harm

First in the Nation Bill:
Dismantle Family Court
HB652 Description: Abolish the family division and restore due process in all proceedings.

Create a new department of family mediation with oversight—the first stop option for separating couples.

Reinstate due process where fundamental rights and freedom.

Stop “conviction” and punishment without due process. Reassign the jurisdiction of cases involving civil or criminal matters to courts of law.

Acknowledges the courage of Family Court survivors.
